IT Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Systems Manager to join our team at the Institute of IT Training Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our technology infrastructure and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and control budget and expenditures.
- Technical Expertise: Plan and organize daily operations, recruit staff, and authorize the development of specifications for products or services.
- Client Relationships: Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines, and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
- Security and Safety: Ensure the security and safety of our technology infrastructure and data.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and with attention to detail.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in IT operations management.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
