Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer written and oral inquiries, addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Explain the type and cost of services offered, ensuring clients understand our products and services.
  • Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries, and complaints, providing meaningful information and services.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
  • Provide customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
  • Plan and oversee Webinars to educate clients on our services and products.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a customer service role.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Internet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Zoho CRM.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
