Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Downtown Mohali Developments Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office services, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including preparing reports, managing records, and coordinating office activities.
  • Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with attention to detail, and a large workload.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
