About Us:



We are Reliance Accounting & Tax Services, a leading provider of accounting and tax services. We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis.



Job Summary:



The Business Operations Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team. This includes arranging seminars and conferences, recording meeting minutes, answering phone calls and emails, and overseeing payroll administration.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Record and prepare meeting minutes
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data and statistics
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Oversee payroll administration


Requirements:



To be successful in this role, you will need to have a college diploma or equivalent experience, with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. You should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.



Benefits:
