Job Title: Director of Business Development Vancouver BC

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Business Development to join our team in Vancouver, BC. As a key member of our sales and account management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a high-return sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with senior team members to identify and resolve pipeline risks and develop solutions to drive sales growth
  • Prepare and deliver pitch presentations to potential clients and develop compelling responses to RFPs
  • Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies to attract new clients and partners
Leadership Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and manage team members to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to succeed in their roles
  • Delegating work and assignments to team members and providing guidance and support as needed
  • Creating and setting direction and goals for the sales and account management team
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales and account growth experience in an agency setting, with at least 2 years of experience leading a team
  • Deep knowledge of digital production and creative technology, with experience in enterprise, real estate, and events

This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary range of $90k - $120k, plus performance bonus. We offer a hybrid work model, with a mix of remote and in-office work, and a dog-friendly office in Yaletown.
