We are seeking an experienced Financial Business Analyst to join our team at TownSuite Municipal Software. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for assisting clients in the successful onboarding process and ensuring seamless integration with our municipal ERP solution.

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a strong background in financial analysis and data interpretation. You will work closely with our ETL team to review client data and ensure accurate implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain and analyze critical implementation data from client configurations, taking ownership of each assigned project and meeting designated benchmarks.
  • Utilize gathered reports, databases, and other information to verify accurate inputting of legacy processes within TownSuite.
  • Compare and validate data between legacy and TownSuite reports, providing periodic updates to clients.
  • Attend meetings where expertise is required, reporting on project progress status at daily standups and dedicated meetings.
  • Note technical improvements to streamline job performance and contribute to staff documentation evolution.
  • Assist clients in module training once projects are ready for go-live.
  • Discuss concerns or additional information required with clients, teams, and PMs, bringing up unrectified outliers to CEO or assignees.
Requirements
  • Strong financial analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Local Government Administration, Accounting, Asset Management, Recreation, Human Resources, Municipal Government Finance, Inspections, Land management, Recreation, facility and Event management areas would be a strong asset.
  • ERP application knowledge and ability to consume, analyze, and compare data.
  • ETL (extract, transform, and load) process knowledge is an asset.
  • Well-organized, patient, and attentive to details.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to troubleshoot independently or collaboratively with various teams.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services, GitHub, Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Google G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Willingness to learn TownSuite Municipal mERP and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA a plus.
