Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Goodall Transport Ltd.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and be fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities- Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring smooth communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and responding to electronic enquiries.
- Analyze data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions.
- Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-organized workspace.
- Greet visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and provide general assistance as needed.
- Develop and maintain accurate manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with attention to detail and precision.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with MS Word and MS Office.
