Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Rashmi's Bakery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
- Prepare special orders and ensure that all products meet our high standards.
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to add a touch of elegance.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy loads.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
