Job Title: Workflow Build Specialist

At Meditech, we are seeking a highly skilled Workflow Build Specialist to join our Client Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing and executing the standard blueprint for MEDITECH as a Service (MaaS) customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with MEDITECH and customers to implement MaaS solutions
  • Design and execute standard build processes for assigned products
  • Ensure adherence to standard build protocols and best practices
  • Develop and maintain expertise in system setup and content needs
  • Provide exceptional customer support and collaboration skills
  • Lead key build and implementation milestones
  • Work closely with Workflow and End User Experience Analysts to anticipate customer needs and guide build towards common workflows and standard content adoption
  • Participate in educating and certifying Workflow and End User Experience Analysts
  • Assist with end-user education and live support for MaaS customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and challenges to inform build and usability decisions
  • Act as a resource for the team and demonstrate expertise in current releases and future changes
  • Maintain strong communication with group supervisors and managers
  • Initiate continued improvement and evolution of standard/common dictionaries and supporting documentation
  • Promote the mission of MEDITECH as a Service within the implementation group
  • Provide assistance to staff members with build, planning, organizing, and facilitating on-site customer visits
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred and/or 2-3 years of applicable work or military experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to take on multiple projects
  • Flexibility with shifting priorities and ability to maintain a wide variety of responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work with complex customers and assist with escalated issues

This is a hybrid role with a blend of in-office and remote work as designated by the management team. In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
