Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Railway Track Maintenance Foreman/Woman at Canadian National Railway. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in track maintenance and a commitment to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our rail network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of railway tracks, including inspection, repair, and replacement of track components.
  • Supervise a team of track maintenance workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that track maintenance activities are coordinated with other railway operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in track maintenance or a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual labor.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a criminal record check.
