This is a key role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our clients' assets and personnel. We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill this position.

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Chief Security Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring all security operations conform to policies and procedures set out by TMMC, Securitas Canada Ltd., and the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
- Leading and supporting the Emergency Response Team (ERT) during emergency situations.
- Responding to emergency situations, conducting scene assessment, and coordinating the response of ERT with local emergency services as required.
- Conducting comprehensive handover briefs to oncoming staff members to ensure all pertinent information is passed on.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A valid Ontario Security Guard License.
- Law & Security, Police Foundations or equivalent Diploma from a recognized College.
- NFPA 1001 Fire Fighter level I & II from a recognized College or Introduction to Interior and Exterior Fire Fighting completed through Lambton College.
- IMS 100.
- First Responder certification from the Canadian Red Cross.
- A valid G class Driver's License.
The estimated salary for this position is $28.99 - $29.28 per hour.
