Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are meeting their sales targets.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our store is always well-stocked and that our customers have access to the products they need.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers to ensure that our store is running efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Working Conditions
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
