About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients have a seamless travel experience.

Responsibilities
  • Travel Planning: Assist clients in planning their trips, including booking flights, accommodations, and activities.
  • Destination Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends and destinations, providing expert advice to clients.
  • Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the tourism industry.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Sabre.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Our office is located in a busy tourist area, with a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Physical Demands: Prolonged sitting and standing may be required.
Benefits
