Job Description

As an Economic Game Systems Designer at Behaviour Interactive, you will play a crucial role in shaping the economic models that bring value to our players. You will define monetization strategies, balance virtual products, currencies sinks, and sources, and analyze metrics to suggest improvements to the development and live teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Designing economic models that drive player engagement and revenue growth;
  • Balancing complex game economies to ensure fairness and fun;
  • Analyzing data analytics to inform design decisions;
  • Suggesting improvements to gameplay loops to maximize retention and virality;
  • Crafting design documents to guide acquisition, retention, and monetization efforts.
Requirements
  • Degree in economic design or equivalent; experience with Agile production;
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel simulations, and predictive calculations;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French;
  • Familiarity with analytics software like Tableau, Mixpanel, Swrve, or equivalents;
  • Able to plan for soft launch and live operation needs, including prior experience with Live Ops;
  • Knowledge of current trends and innovations in Games as a Service gaming.
