About the Role

Allied Properties REIT is seeking a skilled User Experience Partner to join our team in Calgary. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in cultivating an engaging user experience for our tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage user inquiries and concerns, including billing issues, accounts receivable, and lease administration.
  • Maintain and track service contracts and fee schedules.
  • Oversee parking processes, including agreements and compliance.
  • Provide timely and accurate accounts receivable and payable reporting.
  • Assist in the development of asset plans and coordinate ESG initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Technical Services to ensure user concerns are addressed.
  • Build strong relationships with users through regular interactions and Allied's User Engagement Program.
  • Ensure timely completion of property-related information requests and filing.
  • Assist during emergencies and maintain emergency plans.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience.
  • Previous Yardi experience is an asset.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
