Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Automation Industry Leader to join our team at the Parksville branch location. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational excellence: Oversee branch operations, manage people, sell, leverage technology, and create or improve processes to achieve business objectives.
  • Driving Sales: Responsible for an active account base, customer acquisition, and retention. Accelerate branch sales growth and gross profit through networking and developing relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Leadership: Mentor and empower your team, aligning with EBH's core values, including performance management, goal setting, and succession planning.
  • Collaborator: Work with Corporate Managers, Sales Directors, Customer Service Managers, branch staff, and HR to maintain or increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strategic planner: Analyze data to meet branch Key Performance Indicators, prepare or oversee branch reports, and demonstrate expertise in managing P&L responsibilities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in the electrical industry or similar industry.
  • 5+ years of progressive management experience.
  • Proven ability to form strategic partnerships, build relationships, and respect cultural diversity.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan. You will also have access to our EBH University for personal and professional development.
