Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Ambassador to join our team at Reimagined Parking. As an Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth operation of our parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and courteous greetings to arriving and departing guests, and assist with entry/exit transactions.
  • Traffic Control: Direct incoming guests to available parking spaces and perform vehicle counts to ensure the garage does not overfill available spaces.
  • Patrols and Violations: Perform daily patrols and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors who violate garage policies.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and perform general maintenance tasks as directed by the Garage Manager or Operations.
  • Communication: Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns, and relay information to Operations Manager.
  • Reporting: Immediately report any accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
  • Professional Communication: Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates.
  • Essential Functions: Perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Parking System Knowledge: Have basic knowledge of the parking system to add, cancel, or reset key cards.
  • Garage Upkeep: Oversee upkeep of the garage, looking for large debris, lights out, or anything that can be a hazard, and report immediately to superiors.
Requirements
  • Age: At least 18 years of age.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Verbal Communication: Ability to verbally communicate with guests.
  • Previous Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferred.
