We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team at Kids Haven Childcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be organized, and reliable. They will also have experience in carrying out administrative activities, co-ordinating office services, and preparing operating budgets.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures
  • Establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carrying out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Co-ordinating and planning for office services
  • Assisting in the preparation of operating budgets
  • Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports
