Job Overview

Aritzia is seeking an experienced Senior Manager/Manager, Workforce Planning to lead our Supply Chain Workforce Planning team. This role plays a pivotal part in determining the long-term strategic approach to optimize labour allocation and maximize labour outputs.

About the Role

The Senior Manager/Manager, Workforce Planning will be responsible for designing the long-term strategic model that directs the labour plan and schedule. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing optimized labour plans to minimize wastage and maximize productivity
  • Collaborating with cross-functional partners to gather, analyze, process, and optimize scheduling inputs
  • Building and publishing optimized schedules to support business objectives
  • Executing on live week schedule changes to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven skills in data analysis and working with large data sets
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Familiarity with scheduling or workforce planning software
  • A commitment to learning and applying Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Aritzia offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
