Nous sommes à la recherche d'un professionnel polyvalent pour occuper le poste de maintenance à notre immeuble Aalto Zibi à Gatineau. Le candidat idéal sera capable de veiller à l'entretien général de l'immeuble, en assurant la propreté des espaces et des systèmes de la propriété, ainsi que la sécurité et le respect des règlements d'immeuble.

Rôle et responsabilités
  • Assurer l'entretien des espaces et des systèmes de la propriété
  • Assurer la propreté des lieux, des entrées et aires communes, terrasse et piscine extérieur
  • Assurer la sécurité et le respect des règlements d'immeuble
  • Effectuer l'entretien des lieux selon la fréquence prévue à cette fin ou lorsque requis
  • Entretenir le terrain, stationnement intérieur, espaces de rangements
  • Laver les vitres aux entrées principales et secondaires
  • Nettoyer et effectuer les tâches inhérentes à l'entretien des planchers et tapis dans les aires communes
  • Sortir les poubelles
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes
Compétences requises
  • Expérience pertinente minimale de 3 à 5 années
  • Expériences en service client un atout
  • Expérience dans la construction un atout
