About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Specialist to join our People & Culture team in Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing organizational development programs that align with our company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational development strategies and programs that drive business results
  • Conduct organizational assessments, analyze data, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Design and facilitate training workshops and programs on topics such as leadership development, team effectiveness, and performance management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective solutions
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems
  • Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the impact of organizational development programs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • Certification in relevant areas such as change management, leadership development, or organizational behavior
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational development or a related field
  • Strong understanding of organizational behavior, change management principles, and adult learning theory
  • Experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs, workshops, and team interventions
