Head Chef Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Head Chef Manager to lead our kitchen team at OISHII LTD.
About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time position with a guaranteed 35-40 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
The Head Chef Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all food safety and quality standards are met.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience as a chef or in a related field;
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
