Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate seminars, conferences and other events
  • Train and support other workers
  • Prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  • Establish and maintain office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and messages
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and itineraries
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain information filing systems
Experience

Experience in a related field is an asset.

Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
