Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Paul Gupta & Associates.

Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for leading our financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting efforts. This individual will also oversee financial reporting, accounting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Oversee financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Manage financial analysis and modeling to inform business decisions.
  • Lead financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial leadership role.
  • Proven track record of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
