Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at 2483774 ALBERTA LTD. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our team by coordinating the flow of information, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including opening and distributing mail, and overseeing the preparation of reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and scheduling appointments.
  • Train other workers on administrative procedures and policies.
  • Conduct research to support business decisions and operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
