Janitorial Staff

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Staff - Site Cleaner to join our team at Simple Touch Building Maintenance Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and able to work with minimal supervision. The position involves cleaning and maintaining various facilities including apartment/condominium complexes, office buildings, residential areas, and construction sites.

Main Responsibilities:

• Clean and disinfect floors, stairs, and other surfaces using industrial vacuum cleaners and appropriate cleaning solutions.
• Empty trash cans and recycling bins, and replace liners as needed.
• Wash windows, walls, and ceilings as required.
• Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms and ensure all fixtures are in good working order.
• Work effectively with heavy loads and equipment, and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in a janitorial or cleaning role is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent oral communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
