Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Insurance Industry Business Solutions Expert to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the design and delivery of business and technology roadmaps to achieve best-in-class customer experiences and operational scalability. Your primary focus will be on translating business objectives into actionable items that drive company success.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive project plans, identifying key stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Articulate and prioritize business requirements, specifying acceptance criteria and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Analyze systems and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness, recommending process improvements and implementing changes as needed.
  • Mentor and guide Associate Product Owners, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements
  • University degree or college diploma required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant commercial property and casualty insurance experience.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience working with commercial Policy Administration Systems (Guidewire, Mainframe, etc.) and Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Self-motivated and able to take initiative on issues, demonstrating a strong sense of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
