Gadget House is seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Appointments: Arrange and confirm appointments for executives and staff members, ensuring that all meetings run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Record Meetings: Record minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, maintaining accurate records of discussions and decisions.
  • Establish Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, streamlining workflows and improving productivity.
  • Communicate Effectively: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, respond to electronic enquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Organize Files: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring that all documents are accurately stored and easily accessible.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Windows, MS Office.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $35,000 per annum, paid bi-weekly. The position also includes benefits such as a 30-hour workweek, flexible working hours, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
