Restaurant Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Cash Handling and Financial Management: Ensure accurate and timely handling of cash and credit transactions, maintaining a balanced cash drawer and completing balance sheets and related forms as required.
- Sales and Inventory Control: Monitor and control inventory levels, minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service and Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer complaints and concerns, and working to resolve issues in a fair and professional manner.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Maintenance and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant is well-maintained, clean, and safe for customers and staff, adhering to all health and safety regulations and protocols.
- Secondary Education and Work Experience: A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Our fast-paced restaurant environment requires flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Combination of Sitting, Standing, and Walking: The role involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, requiring physical stamina and mobility.
The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, paid vacation time, and opportunities for professional development.
