About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Support Engineer to join our team, responsible for providing technical expertise and support to customers on cloud computing technologies. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers on cloud computing technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical systems to provide unique solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance customer knowledge.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 1+ years of experience in software development or technical support
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Fluency in written and verbal Mandarin
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent discipline
- Experience in Cloud/Distributed computing technology, including large-scale server fleet management and/or Hadoop environment management
- Demonstrated expertise in systems administration (Linux/Window), network administration, database administration
- Experience in programming and managing full application stacks from OS to custom applications
