A career as a Senior Low-Code Developer and Microsoft Power Platform Specialist at National Bank means acting as an expert in planning and executing the deployment of applications and features for initiatives using low-code and Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Maintain Low-Code Applications: Utilize Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to create and maintain low-code applications, integrating them with enterprise systems such as Dynamics 365, Azure, SharePoint, and other back-office platforms.
  • Analyze Processes for Automation and Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of existing processes, leveraging your expertise in scripting languages like JavaScript, JSON, Power Fx, or C# for custom connectors.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business analysts, operations teams, and stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements for initiatives, ensuring compliance with organizational standards for application lifecycle management, data security, and governance within the Microsoft environment.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Developments: Stay updated on the latest developments in low-code platforms, propose innovative solutions, and lead initiatives aimed at improving the team's capabilities and development efficiency.
Team and Opportunities:

This position reports to the Senior Manager of Strategy, Data, and Performance for the Financial Markets Operations sector. As part of a dynamic team of five colleagues, you will encounter numerous development opportunities, with access to colleagues possessing diverse expertise, experiences, and profiles.

You will work in collaboration with various partners across the Bank, covering all operations within the Financial Markets sector. This role offers a hybrid work mode, ensuring a work-life balance.

Prerequisites:
  • Bachelor's degree or another related qualification in the field.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder).
  • Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, JSON, Power Fx, or C# for custom connectors.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Dataverse, SharePoint, or other data storage solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, lead technical discussions, and guide junior team members.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and wealth management is an asset.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
