Sephora Stage Experience Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience in one of our Sephora stores. Your primary focus will be on managing all aspects of services, classes, and events within the store.
Key Responsibilities- Team Development: Lead the daily operations at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring that Coordinators are adequately trained to manage the studio effectively.
- Innovation: Train beauty advisors to leverage technology innovations within services, enhancing the in-store experience.
- Client Experience: Manage the online reservation system, publishing beauty advisors' availability and class dates and times. Ensure adequate staffing levels to support a smooth client flow.
- Training & Development: Execute training sessions for new hires and existing team members, focusing on beauty advisor training and orientation.
- Visual Merchandising: Support the Operations team by maintaining sales floor visuals within company standards and executing visual merchandising flips.
- Experience: 2-4 years in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Talent Management: Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast.
