Aerospace Painter

Job Summary

Raytheon Technologies is seeking a skilled Aerospace Painter to join our team. As an Aerospace Painter, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our aircraft coatings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow working instructions and drawings to ensure the correct preparation and application of coatings
• Ensure the inventory of necessary equipment is kept up to date to ensure a constant flow of materials
• Participate in the continuous improvement initiatives of the department

Requirements:

• Skills Training Certificate (STC) in industrial painting – aerospace sector or autobody DEP
• IT knowledge: MS Outlook and SAP an asset
• Strong ability to read drawings
• Ability to follow working instructions precisely
• Fluent in French (written and verbal) – knowledge of English considered an asset
• High level of autonomy and resourcefulness
• Interpersonal skills: team player and positive attitude
• Flair for problem solving and an analytical mind
• Experience in an industrial environment
