We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of CRM Solutions Architect at StarTech-manuela, where you will play a vital part in driving business success through technology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our diverse stakeholders.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and results-driven individual with a passion for effective communication and problem-solving. You will be working closely with our IT and Business teams to analyze business requirements and develop strategies for enhancing existing processes and implementing new systems.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert-level functional and system expertise to implement, improve, integrate, and enhance mission-critical, enterprise-wide information systems (Microsoft D365 CRM). This will involve collaborating with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, conducting reviews with functional users, and ensuring that all solutions meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Strategy and Planning: Analyzing business strategy and initiatives to identify opportunities for improvement, researching and reviewing existing processes, and developing strategies for enhancement or further leveraging these processes.
  • Business Requirement Elicitation and Fulfillment: Defining business requirements related to Enterprise Systems, conducting reviews with functional users, and ensuring business value is clearly understood and documented.
  • System Integration: Eliciting and documenting requirements for systems integration of new system(s) with existing systems, leading selected IT streams, and helping technical leads to document, design, and implement solutions for integrations.
  • Solution Implementation: Collaborating with IT and Business staff to recommend and develop solutions for identified business requirements and needs, providing standard system options via configuration or functionality enablement, and serving as a liaison between technical and functional staff.
  • Ongoing Process and System Support: Developing, documenting, and maintaining complete understanding of all Enterprise Systems configurations for functional areas, updating business processes and workflows in the systems as required, and assisting with resolution of issues with implemented functionality.
