You will guide and direct clinical and technical associates and students in a teaching and research environment, providing patient care within the core values of respect, caring, innovation, and accountability.
The Diagnostic Services team at Hamilton Health Sciences Corporation supports a high volume of diverse adult and pediatric patients and families, providing service in most areas 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Diagnostic Services includes X-Ray, CT Scan, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, PET, Ultrasound, and Interventional Radiology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, perform, and evaluate diagnostic services examinations
- Guide and direct clinical and technical associates and students
- Provide patient care within the core values of respect, caring, innovation, and accountability
- Work in a team environment to support a high volume of patients and families
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved training program in Radiological Technology
- Current member in good standing with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologist of Ontario (CMRITO)
- 3 to 5 years of experience preferred
- Interventional Radiography course preferred, CAMRT 1 & 2, including certificate
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) registration
- Membership in the CAMRT/OAMRT preferred
