Job Title: Construction Laborer

We are seeking an experienced Construction Laborer to join our team as a Site Operations Specialist. This role will be responsible for supporting our construction teams with various tasks, ensuring smooth project execution.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per yearAbout the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction laboring, with experience in site operations, materials handling, and equipment maintenance. They will be physically fit, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication skills.

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in a similar role;
  • Hold a valid driver's license (not necessarily required but considered an asset);

In this role, you will assist in the loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials, mix and pour materials such as concrete and asphalt, and participate in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.

You will also be responsible for leveling earth to fine grade specifications, paving and raking asphalt, cleaning and piling salvaged materials, cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants, removing rubble and other debris at construction sites, and tending or feeding machines or equipment used in construction.

This position requires physical stamina, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks in a noisy and dusty environment.
