Powerline Technician

Valard Construction LP is a leading powerline contractor, serving clients in both public and private sectors. We offer construction services in overhead and underground transmission and distribution systems, substations, fiber optics, as well as substation and transmission foundations.

We are seeking qualified Powerline Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.

Key responsibilities include:

Requirements

• Qualified Red Seal Journeymen Powerline Technicians, local to Timmins
• DZ license minimum, preference given to AZ license
• Experience in maintenance and construction of distribution lines, coupled with the ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Safety oriented
• All other related duties as assigned by the Foreman or Senior Valard Team member
• Positive Attitude
