We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Clinic Director to join our team at Allendale Medical Clinic Inc.
Job Summary:The Medical Clinic Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our medical clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our patients. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and direct a team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign healthcare workers to specific projects and programs
- Coordinate the delivery of healthcare services within the department
- Direct and control daily operations
- Evaluate daily operations
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Review budgets and spending to ensure departments operate within funding limits
- Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff
- Coordinate the work of doctors, nurses, and other staff
- 3-4 years of experience in a leadership role in a medical setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and direct a team of healthcare professionals
- Experience with budget planning and control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
