Hotel Front Desk Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at West Fraser Hospitality Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Group Arrivals and Departures: Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
  • Room Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed, maintaining accurate records.
  • Guest Services: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
  • Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring accurate records.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Work Details: This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in English.
