Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Become a trusted advisor to architects and designers, conducting product knowledge sessions and lunch & learns to drive interest and create a credible presence in the market.">
  3. Create market awareness of Anatolia and place merchandising tools in A&D libraries.">
  4. Achieve growth targets by positioning Anatolia as the leading choice on specified projects.">
  5. Create and maintain high-level relationships with top A&D firms based in the GTA.">
  6. Conducting business development and presentation meetings.">
  7. Partnering with marketing teams to showcase products in various marketing campaigns and promotional events.">
  8. Fully understands Anatolia's critical challenges and leads the effort to address them while leveraging our competitive strengths.">
  9. Accurately summarizes business and financial data, and consistently applies that information problem-solving and decision quality.">
  10. Attend industry functions, association events, and tradeshows, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends, deliver presentations for potential clients, and assist as required with preparing and submitting formal documentation, specifications, etc.">
  11. Promotes ethical conduct in interactions with others, follows through on commitments.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Post-secondary education from an accredited university or equivalent experience.">
  • 3-5 years business development experience in the A&D community.">
  • Previous CRM experience, Salesforce preferred.">
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, a proven sales process combined with an impressive reputation.">
  • Proven track record of successfully influencing, managing projects, and growing accounts through the application of strong knowledge in business development, sales, marketing, and business analysis.">
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills that demonstrate your ability to close deals and grow the business.">

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location: The Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
