We are seeking an experienced Sales Planning + Performance Director to join our team at Kensington Tours.

Role Overview:
The Sales Planning + Performance Director will play a critical role in establishing a leading performance management framework and routine for Kensington's Sales organization. This includes defining and measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), enabling management routines to ensure strategic ambitions are achieved, and creating data-driven insights to inform decision making.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop a performance management strategy to drive sales excellence and business growth.
- Assess the current state of performance management, identify opportunities for improvement, and create a target state with roadmap and program plan to implement.
- Ideate and direct team efforts on data and analytics to develop new insights and dashboards.
- Drive continuous improvement by helping to define and implement new measurements and management routines.
- Develop performance management strategies, programs, and processes to align individual goals with organizational objectives.
- Align strategic talent processes, systems, and conversations across regions to ensure consistency of approach.
Requirements:
- Expertise in data and analysis, including strong understanding of holistic KPI development.
- Track record of designing, managing, and scaling Talent Management programs such as performance management.
- HRIS experience preferred.
- Strong collaboration skills with ability to co-create solutions across functions and levels.
Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
