We are a leading tech-driven lead generation agency seeking a skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. With a focus on delivering high-quality motion graphics and video content, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for designing and producing motion graphics and video content for our campaigns across various verticals. This will involve collaborating closely with our creative and marketing teams to bring ideas to life and deliver conversion-based ads for social platforms.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and develop creative concepts for motion graphics and video content that align with client objectives and brand identity
  • Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator to create visually stunning and dynamic motion graphics
  • Edit raw footage and video content to produce polished and professional final products, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and brand messaging
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team, marketers, and strategists to brainstorm ideas, provide creative input, and ensure the seamless integration of motion graphics into marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in motion graphics design, video editing, and digital marketing to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of our content
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Your Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics design, video editing, and post-production, preferably in a marketing agency or similar environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment
  • Comfortable being on camera and recording voiceovers
  • Bonus: Experience with 3D animation, motion tracking, and compositing techniques is a plus
