Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our contracts and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the project team to ensure the successful delivery of contracts and projects.
- Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to optimize cost and benefit.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Oversee planning, estimating, procurement, and financial responsibilities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor financial performance and conduct financial analysis to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain a safety culture within the organization, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide input into the development, review, and negotiation of subcontractor and supplier agreements.
- Establish and report metrics for measuring contract performance.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience and technical expertise.
- Advanced knowledge of asset management and road maintenance, repair, and/or construction.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, coordinate, and plan effectively.
- Ability to manage and organize multiple priorities, maintain a customer focus, and provide positive customer service.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to use relevant software applications.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
