Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Relationship Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our local team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective customers. Your primary focus will be on providing financing solutions (floorplanning) for independent auto dealers, while also identifying new business opportunities and growing AFC revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and site visits.
- Assess business and risk situations, making decisions with minimal oversight.
- Grow the portfolio organically and assist in promotional efforts to new and existing accounts.
- Manage and service customer accounts, balancing risk and driving new growth opportunities.
- Embody our company culture of supporting others' success and growth in their roles.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel frequently within your market to support customers.
- Strong understanding of portfolio management, risk, and new business development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- $55,000 - $65,000 CAD + 15% Quarterly Incentive Plan.
