The CloudWatch Logs team at Amazon builds and manages some of the largest logging services in the world. Our team is responsible for designing, developing, and operating a highly scalable, durable, and reliable service for enterprise-scale logging, as well as finding and analyzing log data to solve operational problems.

This is a full-stack development position, leaning towards back-end work, and involves on-call responsibilities. We prioritize work-life balance and provide a flexible work environment, with core hours from 10am to 4pm. Our team is dedicated to supporting new team members and provides opportunities for career growth and mentorship.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to build critical monitoring services that impact every AWS customer. This position requires a strong background in software development, with 5+ years of non-internship professional experience and a Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent. We offer a competitive salary range of $150,700/year up to $251,700/year and a total compensation package that includes equity, sign-on payments, and other benefits.
