Motel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at OM MAA PRABHU INC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, ensuring that their requirements are met and that they have a positive experience at our motel.
- Operations Management: Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Facilities Management: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
