Senior Software Engineer II

Narvar is seeking a seasoned Senior Software Engineer II to lead the design, development, and support of our platform architecture. As a key member of our engineering team, you will collaborate with our CTO to create quick productized applications that work with the Narvar platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Engineering Leaders and our CTO to estimate, design, develop, debug, and launch applications that drive revenue
  • Translate business/customer requirements to technical solutions
  • Resolve complex technical issues and drive innovations

Requirements:

  • BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent working experience
  • 5+ years of development experience
  • Strong professional experience developing with Ruby on Rails
  • Bonus: You like startups and have contributed to open-source Ruby projects even if it is just a small project
  • Previous startup experience strongly preferred
