As a Supervisor at Savers / Value Village, you will play a key role in driving the success of your store. You will be responsible for making important decisions that impact the store's performance and for developing and empowering your team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of retail team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Make decisions that impact store performance, including inventory management, customer service, and sales.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
