About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Operations Manager to join our team at Listrak. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our digital marketing efforts and developing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee recurring or daily functions or processes necessary for business execution and identify opportunities for improvement or efficiencies.
  • Approve and allocate resources based on business priorities.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote the organization or its products and services.
  • Oversee the production of print, online, or other forms of advertisement, and organize promotions.
  • Establish metrics defining campaign performance.
Leadership and Team Management
  • Lead and direct the work of other employees and have responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the department or function in collaboration with senior management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, finance or similar concentrations.
  • A minimum of ten years of experience in marketing.
  • A minimum of five years of team management experience required.
  • Expertise in Account Based Marketing.
  • Proven leadership of fast moving, agile tech marketing team, supporting enterprise sales organizations is required.
  • Ability to translate business needs & strategies into team projects/tasks/timelines.
  • Channel marketing (web, email, SMS) coordination.
  • Marketing measurement & attribution.
  • Salesforce experience (Campaigns / Reporting / Attribution).
  • Oversight of creative team – ability to provide feedback and guidance to creative team to ensure production of on-brand creative.
