Safety and Wellbeing Supervisor Leader

We are seeking a skilled Safety and Wellbeing Supervisor to join our team at the Canadian Red Cross.
Salary and BenefitsThis role offers an estimated salary of $26.14 per hour, based on the location in Montréal, QC.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the implementation of activities to protect and improve the wellbeing of people we serve.
- Providing technical and practical support, as well as mentorship to SWB responders.
- Collaborating with the Site Manager and the SWB FOT Lead to implement SWB activities aligned with the needs of specific groups.
To be considered for this role, applicants should have:
- Significant CRC experience as a SWB responder in emergency operations or an equivalent experience.
- A degree in health, social services, or another relevant discipline; two to four years of experience in customer service, community engagement, social services, or in another relevant discipline.
- Psychological First Aid training is considered an asset.
This position requires:
- Mostly office work or remote work with occasional travel within the province and across Canada.
- Possibility of responding in disaster areas, as well as difficult and unstable conditions.
